Things to do in Montreal:
Always on 'best restaurants in the world' lists. Gluttonous steak & seafood with quebecois ingredients. Mike ate his first horse steak here and talks about it all the time. If you can't get in try Liverpool House & Le Vin Papillon one block over. Same owners and a similar menu.
Gastropub with retro cocktails and very popular among Montreal's top chefs. We sat next to Jennifer Lawrence when we ate here so there's a 100% chance you'll see her if you go. The orange wine is a favorite of Christie's.
au pied de cochon
One of Montreal's best, with a fun atmosphere and more gluttony on the menu. Try the Duck-In-A-Can.
French bistro great for food or just drinks at the bar. The Cuvée Marie served in mini bottles is Christie's all-time favorite.
You can eat stuff like bison tartare or hang in the lively bar area.
Phenomenal brunch and people watching on a great block.
Artisanal handmade bagels. Street seating.
BYBLOS LE PETIT CAFE
They make a feta omelette that will change your life. We have managed to knock off their recipe and will serve it to you for breakfast if you come visit us in Columbus.
big in japan
A nondescript speakeasy with good-looking people sipping on old-fashioned cocktails.
